The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, despite their limited English skills we managed to communicate effectively. The location was amazing, just a short walk to an array of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops. The fridge in the room and the balcony were an added bonus, allowing us to enjoy some refreshments while taking in the views. The host, Elaina, was exceptional, making us feel important and taking the time to personally interact with us. The food in the restaurant was the best we had in the area, with an excellent chef and reasonable prices. The local wine was both pleasant and affordable. It is evident that this place focuses on providing excellent service rather than just making money from tourists. The location is perfect, with easy access to the city center, restaurants, and the beach. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with convenient nearby parking. The staff was always ready to assist and provide helpful information. While there was a beach right behind the hotel, we preferred the nearby Punta Prosciutto beach, which was simply stunning. A mere 5km from Porto Cesareo, it offered a wild and serene beach experience. our stay at this hotel was amazing, surpassing our expectations in every way.

the receptionist lady was kind and the check, in and out experience was great. the host, Elaina, was exceptional and made us feel important. the food in the restaurant was the best we had in Puglia and at an excellent price. the hotel has been recently modernized to a very high quality finish, especially the toilets. the location is excellent, close to the central street and with parking nearby. The hotel is perfect for those who want to pamper themselves with its range of health and beauty add, ons.

The bathroom was super clean and had new fixtures. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who was accommodating when we asked to switch rooms to be closer to the elevator. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near good restaurants and the city center.

The room was very small and cramped. We had to step over our luggage just to move around. Additionally, the walls were thin and we could hear everything from our neighbors' conversations to their TV. We didn't get much sleep during our romantic escape because of all the noise. we were disappointed with our experience and would not recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is perfect for a nice getaway. It has modern facilities, private parking, and is located near the beach and shops. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful despite our language barrier. I loved having a fridge in the room and the balcony for a great view.

The hotel location was near the beach, which is perfect for a winter swim. We also loved the private parking and friendly staff. The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and great shower.

The Christmas dinner was a big disappointment. The food was below average, and the atmosphere was non-existent.
